Woah, she's beautiful! And I love how your part of the country looks. I wish we had those plant things here. I would say that the front of my fairing and windscreen on the EX500 takes out about four times the amount of critters that my faceshield does on the helmet. Sounds like a fun science fair project for any kids out there though! Even though the windscreen on the bike dosn't come up that hi...

My only experience was just using a digital camera with movie capability, then attached it to the inside of my helmet's visor. Friggin' A... if anyone at the dealership that I work for would talk like that to a customer... wether they were in the wrong or right... no matter what situation or cause... they would be fired within a moments notice once the customer complained. Even before a nasty conversation or phonecall was e...

Riding down Rt. 13 at 65 mph, southern Illinois, July, on my roomate's Kawasaki 125. No helmet of course, this is 1980. Grasshopper: at least four inches long. Right smack in the space below the nose above the upper lip. I'm sure the impact created a bright green cloud of bug-gut aerosol at least f...

1. Sign up ASAP for the MSF course. Don't just plan on it, but do it. Get your date set, and don't touch a motorcycle until you graduate from the course. Then afterwards, if you want to ride your friends 600 supersport, thats your choice. Parking lot speeds are slower, and the bike isn't as stable a...

I have always hated the misconception that smaller motorcycles were built for tiny petite framed women or lanky short men that resemble twigs. Honestly, a ninja 250r would haul your body around, although might not be all that comfortable ringing that motor out on the highways passing other cars. The...
