Re: Castrol Power Racing 1 vs Mobil1 4T vs eni i-Ride moto 10w40

Re: Help please. Gear indicator and actual gear bike is in don't always agree.

Not sure how to fix it, but my 2013 GSXR has the same problem. Doesn't bother me as mechanically it's fine, and it always seems to indicate the correct gear once I'm moving. Re: Picking My First Bike

Older bikes are cool projects, if you will need your bike for reliable transportation, I'd steer away from an older bike. Mileage is a factor, but the main factor for any older bike is how well it's been taken care of historically. If a previous owner just left it sit, or rode the crap out of it wit...

Re: new rider

I'm not sure what is or is not in your area, but a few things to look into: -Training: the MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) or similar classes are a good place to start, just understand that they are a START, you will still need to practice the skills you learn. Your dirt riding experience will de...

Re: Overcoming fear

I can't say that I've experienced exactly what you are going through, so my first and primary suggestion would be to visit a therapist or doctor to see if they have some pro tips on dealing with it without potentially placing yourself in harms way too much. That being said, I've had a couple somewha...

Hello from the San Francisco Bay Area

Hello, came across the forum on a search for something, seemed interesting so decided to join! A bit about me: Went through the MSF 10 years ago in Wisconsin. A year later moved to California and haven't looked back. I've gone through a few bikes, currently have a 2013 GSXR1000 for the street and my...
