Re: 2004 suzuki volusia?

How does it ride? Any maintenance issues or quirks I should be aware of in advance? From what Ive found online, its a very solid bike, just looking for first hand experienced opinions. Thanks.

2004 suzuki volusia?

Anyone have any experience with an 04 suzuki volusia? Found one for a good price and will probably be picking it up. My blast is a bit small for me and the GF. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Re: My Buell Blast

Long term I plan on doing my own or as much of my own service as I can. For now, its more a time and space issue, although I do have a new garage so the space part isn't in the equation anymore.

Re: My Buell Blast

You almost never get your ask, but about book value would let me get something else pretty easily without spending much more on top. I think I'm leaning toward just keeping it since thats a simpler, easier option until the next time I need to service it. As for the plastic piece on the front, thats ...

Re: My Buell Blast

If I decide to try and sell the bike, do you think the bluebook value is reasonable?

Re: My Buell Blast

I bought it new from a Harley Dealership. Spoken to them a few times but they keep saying they won't work on it. Referred me to two other places, neither of which is really local. I am planning on trying to talk to Harley Corporate, but even if they say they will work on the bike, I don't know how c...

Re: My Buell Blast

Im on Long Island in NY. Blue book on the bike is 3710 so probably somewhere around there. The bike has about 800 miles on it, bought it in February of 2009. Just picked it up today from servicing and a new front tire. 2009 in Yellow.

My Buell Blast

So I bought a blast last February, and lo and behold... bye bye Buell. The dealer I bought it from won't service it (Which I was told they have to by a Harley Rep), and parts are going to be interesting to get. I have been thinking about another bike for a bit, mainly because I want something physic...

Im pretty happy with my helmet, arai corsair rx-7, but what got me interested in the modular was the integrated slide down sunshield. I wear glasses and being able to leave the sunglasses behind and have something built into the helmet that can be used as needed is a big attraction.

Im in the US. Thanks for the replies. I've been looking on one of the big gear websites, and the only ones Ive seen are the Shark and Scorpion. I'll have to check the others out. Right now I have a full face Arai. For those riding modular, how do you like them compared to a full face? Does anyone kn...
