Re: Sat nav for motorcycles?

I use a Nuvi 360 and a Ram Mount for it. Been working fine for a year.

If it rains, I wrap a zip lock around it....

Either way, tyhe RAM mounts are the way to go for mounting any of these devices. Secure, and mine does not vibrate at all.

I have the same Bike (NH750). I put these on: http://www.zianet.com/genmar/ http://www.zianet.com/genmar/images/x101.jpg 1 inch back, 1 inch up. Allows you to sit more upright. You will need to play around with the brake, clutch and throttle lines, but the stock will work. I later added Galfer SS Br...

I guess I am too old. None of the choppers today are really choppers. Choppers were just that, a stock motorcycle with everything not needed to roll forward chopped off. Originally, the forks weren't extended either. You too a bike, chopped off the fenders, chopped off any decorative covers, chopped...

Heck, $2200 buys a nice NH750. My insurance, liability only, is 81 dollars a year.

You can ride with a $2200 payout.

If you are not dragging hard parts, you are not leaning too far. Get past hat, and learn to ride better. Ahhh, now that's a psychological thing, there. I know.... unless I'm dragging hard parts I can't possibly be overleanded. But I don't... err feel it? RhadamYgg That's my take on it. If you can, ...

Just burn past any Highway Patrol cruiser going about a buck ten, they will provide excellent footage for you at the arraignment. Actually when you first mentioned the indicator I thought it was a great idea until others that are smarter than me pointed out some (now obvious) flaws. I think you are...

The lean angle gauge won't work. Your lean angle is determined by speed and turn rate. The outward force of the turn is exactly covered by the force of gravity. On a motorcycle, your lean indicator will always point to 0 degrees unless you are already falling. Those indicators are for: Off road vehi...

My NH 750 has hydraulic lash adjusters.

NO MAINTENANCE.

Can't beat it.

Less maintenance = more riding time 8)

Ross was ejected from the seat and suffered serious head and chest injuries.
I wonder if he was wearing a full face helmet, or one of thise beanies that many Harley riders prefer.

I'm betting it was a Beanie.

I bet he would of avoided serious injury/death if he was wearing good gear.
